Zillow and OpenAI’s ChatGPT Partner to Introduce Home Search Plugin

Date:

Real estate giant Zillow has teamed up with OpenAI’s ChatGPT to launch a revolutionary new plug-in for home search. The plug-in is designed to help ChatGPT users find their dream home faster and easier by entering their desired location, price range and number of bedrooms.

This plug-in is still in its early stages and is currently only available to a select group of users, mainly those subscribed to Zillow Plus. Eventually, Zillow will expand the group of users who can use the plug-in, but for now it’s exclusive to their Plus customers.

According to David Beitel, the Chief Technology Officer at Zillow Group, the real estate marketplace has been harnessing the power of AI and machine learning since 2006 with the Zestimate feature. Now, they are focusing on helping customers search and find homes more efficiently with this ChatGPT plug-in.

Moreover, they are also introducing a new natural language search feature, which allows users to type conversational phrases into the search instead of specific keywords to get relevant results.

The collaboration between Zillow and OpenAI’s ChatGPT is definitely a sign of things to come. As OpenAI continues to improve the plug-in, it could definitely revolutionize the way people search for property online. The plug-in is currently accessible online and is compatible with Android and iOS devices.

Zillow Group is a leading American online real estate marketplace founded in 2006. Its mission is to make the real estate process easier and more transparent by providing access to centralized property listings. It has its headquarters in Seattle, Washington.

David Beitel is the Chief Technology Officer at Zillow Group since October of 2016. He has worked in numerous roles at Amazon Web Services, Microsoft and several other major technology companies. Additionally, he has a degree in Computer Science from Stanford.

Overall, the launch of ChatGPT’s revolutionary new plug-in is expected to drastically improve how people search for houses online. This could not be possible without the cooperation of Zillow and OpenAI’s ChatGPT. With the continued improvement of the plug-in, we may see other real estate companies utilizing its power in the future.
