In conclusion, recognizing the need for the criminal justice system to be revolutionary, embracing the potential of AI technology and its implementation in the judicial processes offers a great opportunity for a much needed change that could potentially assist in reducing the pendency backlog, saving costs and heaps of time for the courts. Therefore, for the country to benefit from these advancements, it is important that all measures set in the right direction are taken to incorporate AI and its usage into the judicial proceedings of Pakistan.
