TNW València 2023 was a resounding success, bringing together two thousand tech leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and admirers in the Mediterranean port city. The two-day event fostered the growth of Valencia’s startup ecosystem, drawing a dynamic mix of 300 startups, 90 exhibitors, and 100 speakers to explore the latest trends in tech.

The conference started with an electrifying opening party at Zeus València, where attendees enjoyed drinks, bites, and socializing amidst the blue sea. It was an opportunity to mingle with influential politicians like Spain’s Minister of Science and Innovation, Diana Morant, and Deputy Mayor of Valencia, Sandra Gomez.

Over the course of two days, the attendees engaged with inspiring talks and keynotes, participated in panel discussions, workshops, mentoring sessions, and much more. Key speakers included Google.org’s Global Head of Technology, Jen Carter, gender economist and founder of Pipeline Equity, Katica Roy, and the first person with a 76% physical disability to complete a marathon, Alex Roca.

The Financial Times, TNW’s parent company, hosted several in-depth Power Hours featuring IBERIA’s Head of Sustainability and Social Corporate Sustainability, Teresa Parejo Navajas, and Port Authority of Valencia’s Strategy & Innovation Director, Juan Manuel Diez. The event also featured a competitive Pitch Battle; ultimately, the renewable energy project platform Crowmie was declared the official winner.

To end the conference with a bang, attendees celebrated with a VIP boat party and a majestic Ferris wheel ride by the event venue. It marked the end of a remarkable edition of TNW València, one that promised to return in 2024.
